1. When will new drops be released?
We release new collections in themed drops — not just for gameday, but for all kinds of occasions. Follow us on Instagram (@ThirtyTwo.Threads) to stay updated on launch dates.
2. Are all pieces handmade?
Yes! Each sweater is individually selected, reworked, and hand-stitched, making every piece unique. Slight variations are normal and part of what makes your item one-of-a-kind.
3. Will items restock once they sell out?
No — all drops are limited edition. Once an item is gone, the exact piece it won’t come back. That’s what makes them special!
4. How do I care for my sweater?
We recommend gentle care:
- Hand wash or use a delicate cycle with cold water
- Lay flat to dry
- Avoid bleach and high heat to preserve stitching
5. Do you take custom orders?
At this time, we only take custom orders through Etsy. If you are interested, please visit @thirtytwothreads via Etsy to check out what we have to offer.
6. Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship within the U.S. Shipping times are typically 5–7 business days after purchase.
7. What’s your return policy?
Due to the handmade and limited nature of our items, all sales are final. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us in our contact form and we’ll do our best to help.
